Submitting your photographs to the IOWP Wedding Photography Awards is quick and easy.

Once you have an active IOWP membership, simply log in to your member account and access the IOWP Awards submission area.

Choose the images you'd like to enter, upload your photographs and submit them to the current Awards Collection before the closing date.

Once the collection has closed, the submitted images will be reviewed and judged, with the successful photographs announced when the results are released.

If your image receives an award, you'll receive official IOWP Award Winner recognition that you can proudly share across your website, portfolio and social media.

Yes. If you're on an IOWP monthly membership, you can cancel your subscription at any time before your next payment is due.

Once cancelled, no further monthly payments will be taken and you'll continue to have access to your membership benefits until the end of your current paid billing period.

After your membership ends, access to member-only training, resources and other membership benefits will be removed.

You can always rejoin IOWP again in the future.

Once you've joined IOWP and submitted all the information required for your photographer profile, we'll review everything and get your listing ready to go live.

Most completed profiles are published within 7–10 working days, although during particularly busy periods it may take a little longer.

To help us publish your profile as quickly as possible, please make sure you've supplied all the requested information, images, website details and social media links.

Once published, your profile will showcase you, your photography and your business within the IOWP Photographer Directory.

No. The Institute of Wedding Photographers (IOWP) welcomes wedding photographers from around the world.

You don't need to be based in the UK to become a member, access our online training, enter the IOWP Photography Awards or be part of our photography community.

Whether you're photographing weddings in the UK, Europe or anywhere else in the world, you're welcome to join IOWP.

Yes. IOWP memberships are set to renew automatically using the payment method you provided when joining, helping ensure you don't lose access to your membership benefits.

Monthly memberships renew each month, while annual memberships renew each year unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

You can cancel your membership before your next renewal if you don't wish to continue. Once cancelled, you'll retain access to your membership benefits until the end of your current paid membership period.

This means uninterrupted access to your IOWP training, awards, profile and member benefits for as long as your membership remains active.

Absolutely. IOWP members can access exclusive discounts and special offers designed specifically for wedding photographers.

Your badge is a great way to show couples and other photographers that you're part of the Institute of Wedding Photographers and to highlight your professional membership.

If you receive an IOWP Photography Award, you'll also be able to display the relevant IOWP Award Winner badge alongside your winning work.

Membership badges may only be used while the relevant membership remains active and must not be altered or used in a way that suggests an award, accreditation or membership level you haven't received.
